Our client is a well regarded national organisation that offers high quality community and health services to support individuals to continue independent living. Due to a restructure the organisation is looking to recruit a Regional Manager in the Goldfields geographical area WA.



This new exciting opportunity will see you working as part of the senior management team reporting to the General Manager. As the Regional Manager you will lead and manage a large team of allied health, nursing and care staff to ensure the ongoing deliverance of a superior quality of service. You will identify staffing needs, performance management and identify training needs. Key relationship building and stakeholder engagement to maintain existing and create new partnerships will be crucial to the success of this role.



The ideal candidate will have a health qualification and experience managing large teams of healthcare professionals in an Aged and Community Care setting. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the Australian Council on Healthcare standards; lead, delegate and support staff as well as manage the daily operation of service centres.
