Our client is an International Education Group that offers highest quality of Academic standards to early child education via successful and proven Montessori teaching methods. They run the best Montessori schools in China combining western and eastern culture and have an extremely high requirement on excellent service delivery and children care. Now, they are hiring an Academic Principal in Beijing.



As Principal, you will serve as member of the Senior Management team to oversee the Academic side of the School which involve but not limited to the development and implementation of school's curriculum and delivery of Montessori pedagogy, short-term and long-term development plan for the School in annual budgets, enrolment targets etc. As well as training and hiring of teaching staffs, coordination of parent conferences, and enhancement of curriculum' standards based on international trends.



The ideal candidate is a Native English Speaker, holder of bachelor degree or above education with Montessori Teaching Certification, at least 2 years in the Academic managerial level with Montessori schools in China or overseas. You are passionate about children's education growth and has a creative and organized management style.
