Our client is one of Ireland's leading M&E Contractors with a reputation for delivering high class engineering projects. They have successfully delivered commercial, fit-out, healthcare, pharma, industrial and government projects. Having been successful in the tendering process for two commercial projects, they are now looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager with 10+ years experience in the building services industry.



You will be fully responsible in managing the project from inception to completion. You will manage the financial elements of the projects, manage the program, manage sub-contractors, have responsibility for procurement, attending design team meetings etc. You will report directly into the Project Director.



You will hold a degree in Building Services or equivalent and have a minimum of 10+ years experience. You will have experience in supporting the project management of complex engineering projects. You will have have experience working with a reputable mechanical contractor.
