Work for one of Australia's largest financial services in a dynamic and fast paced role. With large organisational restructure and growth, comes an opportunity for an experienced recruiter and redeployment consultant to work across different business areas.



You will be responsible for presenting restructures to relevant business groups, conducting one on one discussions with employees and working with case managers to successfully redeploy staff internally. You will also be responsible for recruiting into gaps within the new structures.



It is essential you have a recruitment background, preferably having recruited a financial portfolio or be very familiar with financial or professional services. You will be able to be firm and informative, yet empathetic with employees throughout the process. You will need exceptional communication and presentation skills as this role will require you to present plans to all levels of the business.
