Hays are recruiting a Communications Analyst to work across an ERP/EAM Program. This role is a 12 month contract based in Sydney's CBD.



The Communications Analyst supports the Communications Manager in the creation and distribution of ERP/EAM Program related communications.

The primary focus is on communication deliverables and engagement activities for the ERP/EAM Program. These can then be leveraged and tailored by the relevant Agency Communication Specialists to support ERP/EAM Program deployment to their stakeholders.



As the Communications analyst you will be responsible for developing key messages and standard communication deliverables to support the ERP/EAM Program including newsletters, briefing packs, information updates, internet etc. You will be required to maintain target audience matrices and contact lists for Agency communication specialists and nominated Change Leaders.



To be eligible for this role you must have 3+ years experience in a communications role. Tertiary qualifications in media, communications, public relations or a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. Excellent written communication skills including demonstrable ability to research, analyse and prepare communication deliverables.

Ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and judgement while maintaining a strong customer service approach.
