Corporate Space Controller Analyst [BIG 4 Preferred]

A top-tier global investment bank providing a wide range of products and services to their clients throughout the Asia Pacific region, including investment banking, private equity, securities trading and private banking, is looking to hire a Corporate Space Controller Analyst to manage and support all accounting project needs.



Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible of implementing a new lease system, performing reconciliations against the general ledger and working within the Corporate Services division to support all accounting needs. You will also manage and verify business transactions, as well as perform manual rent calculations.



To be a successful candidate, you will have 2-3 years of audit / accounting / financial experience in a BIG 4 auditing firm. US GAAP knowledge is a distinct advantage. You must have strong communication as well as interpersonal skills, and possess an energetic and positive go-getter attitude. Knowledge and experience with real estate corporations are highly preferred. You must be detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines. You will speak fluent English and be a quick learner.
