An opportunity exists to join this market leader in commercial leasing and investment within their Canberra finance team as a Property Accountant. With offices located centrally, you will join a reputable, high performing team which continues to grow in the current market with opportunity to build your career either here in Canberra or interstate.



You will join the team as a Property Accountant, responsible for ensuring accurate processing and reporting for key clients property portfolios, covering ll areas of finance. You will review balance sheets, bank reconciliation and ensure development processes and testing functions are in place to ensure your clients receive the best service in the industry. You'll have the ability to ensure accuracy and integrity is shown when working with key clients to develop accurate financial information and enhance productivity to in turn win business and future clients.



Your ability to identify and specify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency within the property accounting and reporting sector will see you develop and test improvement strategies and work with team members, providing training and analysis on performance and productivity.



You will ideally be degree qualified, with a track record of delivering results in a Financial Accountant role within the commercial sector and have the ability to work in a client facing role with the ability to build a strong brand and represent this market leader.
