Our client is a world leading industrial corporation with headquarters in USA. They have dominated the fluid management industry for more than 50 years due to consistent renovation on technology. Their products are widely used in life science, aerospace, marine, heavy machinery, oil&gas industries. With a high-performance culture and an unwavering business goal to continually strive for excellence, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to join their China management team.



Reporting to China Operation GM and APAC Quality VP, you will lead a team of over 30 staff, in charge of whole plant quality management, IQM,PQM and quality system etc. To succeed, you will have a strong mechanical or engineering background with at least 10 years quality management experience. Strong leadership and skills of developing people are also very important for this role. Besides, you will have sound knowledge of modern practices in QA and QC. Fluent English and Madarin is a must to ensure a smooth communication with local employees and global counterparts.
