Our client is a renowned leader in the Utilities industry and located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. They are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join their People and Culture team for a minimum 3 months.



Reporting to the Organisational Development manager, you will be responsible for the gathering, documentation and analysis of information required to undertake an evaluation of the technical training function. Following this, you will be responsible for the recommendations regarding the technical training structure and activities.



The ideal candidate will have strong analytical experience desirably from the Utilities or technical blue collar industry. You will have a solid understanding of a technical training function and the ability to give strong recommendations for the structure. The successful applicant will be rewarded with an opportunity to work with one of the markets leading utility organisations and to work on an exciting key change project.
