This National IT Software Company is at the forefront of innovation and as such are seeking and a Focussed Account Manager to join the Brisbane team to drive revenue growth from existing clients through the increased maintenance revenue and additional products or services.
Reporting to the Territory Manager you will work in a collaborative team environment and your responsibilities will include developing and building strong working relationships with existing clients, presenting detailed solutions to increase revenue generation across all products and services, providing quotations, meeting with clients and closing deals. You will proactively identify areas of client dissatisfaction and initiating action plans to solve any issues and improve overall client satisfaction
As the successful incumbent of the role you will have the ability to demonstrate a successful history of solution sales coupled with a tertiary qualification ideally in accounting or IT. You will be a driven individual with a passion for sales and a have a technical mindset with the ability to effectively portray your message to key clients including a strong ability to close the sale. You will be highly organised with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment as well as strong pipeline management skills. It is imperative you have proven relationship management skills couple with a consultative approach in providing high solutions to client needs.
