Be part of a vibrant, lively team within Customer Service who supply a recognised brand across Australia.



This is one of the most recognised brands in Australia. Based in Lane Cove, they're known for their excellent range of products and commitment to providing exceptional service.



They are seeking experienced and motivated customer service professionals to join their loyal team to delight customers in responding to their enquiries and handle any complaints.



This role will see you working in a division of the business that is growing rapidly. Specifically, you will take inbound enquiries, provide basic product fault resolution, and work within a team of enthusiastic, driven and fun individuals that want to be there.



The hours are on a rotating shift Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, you will be paid $25ph plus super and there may be the option to be made permanent.



To be successful, you will have a minimum 12 months phone based customer experience within the one call centre, have exceptional communication skills, a technical ability and you must be able to resolve problems easily.
