This leading Australian icon continues to be at the forefront of their industry in the implementation of digital marketing strategies. Recognised as a key business driver for future growth this project has created an exceptional opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to support Senior Management in driving user optimisation.



Supporting the Group Executive Manager, you will be responsible for driving user optimisation to be the best in the class user experience. This will involve testing through optimised use of key platform (e.g. Adobe, Target, AEM or Audience Manager) capabilities and competencies. You will support the Group Digital team to achieve sustained and accelerated advancement of digital competencies thus growing market share across the group. You will become the best practice expert in digital marketing and will grow a team of digital experts to support the groups growth.



To be the successful incumbent of the role you will have extensive experience working in a strategic digital marketing capacity as well as having a tertiary qualification in marketing, business, IT or Science. You will be highly experienced in testing and the understanding of what's being tested to enhance efficiencies whilst also be well versed in the use of Adobe. You will be a highly influential person with the ability to gain buy in from multiple stakeholders whilst continually looking for ways to improve and drive growth through digital marketing. Having an understanding of Human Sciences will be highly advantageous.
