My client is one of the world's largest tyre manufacturers and has been established for over 100 years. With an established and recognised name in the Australian market, this company continues growing from strength to strength.
Currently they are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join their team, due to internal promotion. This role is accountable for the state of New South Wales, with a focus on the commercial business and is a crucial role in the growth and development of their organisation.
As the State Business Development Manager, you will be a tenacious hunter, with a proven background in building new business relationships. You will maximise every opportunity and be strategic in implementing business plans and sales solutions. You will present yourself with the highest level of commercial acumen coupled with your background in increasing company revenue and profitability.
To be successful in this role, your written and verbal communication skills will be second to none. You will be a motivator, who is quick to learn and demonstrates the willingness to develop your personal skills and career. You constantly will be looking for new opportunities to build relationships and must be able to liaise with clients across all levels, particularly focused on senior management.
Experience within the tyre or automotive sector will be highly regarded.
