Vendor Manager

My financial services client is recruiting for an interesting role that has come up within the Vendor Management team.



The key accountabilities would include:



* Implement standard terms and conditions with new suppliers

* Draft, negotiate Statements of Work

* Incorporate agreed changes into main outsourcing contracts

* Project manage the main contract change activities including the inputs of external lawyers

* Drive legal documents through governance

* Act a SME for Legal matters within the NBP

* Liaise with internal Legal team to ensure they are happy with Vendor Management approach to legal issues



I am looking for someone who has legal experience particularly with suppliers and is confident with negotiating and validating contracts.



The contract is likely to be for an initial 6 months.
