My client based in Luton has a new permanent job for a Maintenance Manager who is responsible for the maintenance of buildings and site.This client provides hard services support in the form of life cycle planning and maintenance of the sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a supervisor to take the next step up or someone who is looking for a new challenge.
One of the benefits of this role is the ability to be autonomous and it will suit a self-starter and someone with a high level of self-motivation.
Looking after a team of 5 Fabric Engineers / Maintenance across two sites you will be responsible for ensuring the day to day maintenance management of two sites, including planned and ad hoc maintenance. The right candidate will need to have strong IT skills and have a through knowledge of building environmental operating conditions and a good understanding of Building Management and Energy Management Systems. The ideal candidate is likely to be a qualified electrician who is willing to turn their hand to any maintenance-related activity.
Essential / Desirable
* AP ticket & HV ticket
* Steam experience / F Gas City & Guilds 2079
* Electrical and Mechancial knowledge
