This relatively new mortgage broking organisation is seeking an Administration Assistant and Sales Support Officer for their small office located in the heart of the CBD.



This exciting opportunity will suit someone who is looking to pursue a career in administration in the financial services industry. Reporting into the Operations Manager, the main focus of this position is to provide administration assistance and customer service support to the busy sales team. Your responsiibilities will include the following; processing new broker's contract agreements, supporting compliance activities, responding to sales queries and assisting in ad hoc tasks for the sales team. In addition you will be responsible for liaising with external stakeholders and maintaining the registers and systems.



In order to be considered for this position you will have similar experience in a professional services organisation or mortgage brokers. You will be customer service focused, show a high attention to detail and be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
