The client manages, develops and has ownership interest in the largest branded shopping centres across New Zealand and Australia, with over 47 centres this companies retail real estate assets are valued at over $39 billion. After two major projects have been given the green light they have a requirement for a skilled Revit technician
The main focus of the role will be to provide documentation that complies with codes and applicable standards. Produce coordinated sets of design documentation for assigned projects and ensure documentation is within the agreed documentation program and designs are functional, buildable and in compliance with the intent of the approved concept design signed off by the client.
This role would be right for an experienced technician ideally with experience within the retail sector who can accurately and efficiently work within a team towards a shared goal.
