As the Facilities manager you will be identifying issues and intercepting them, establishing methods to alleviate and circumvent them on behalf of your client and their portfolio. You will be interpreting client requirements and your highly developed communication and insight will allow you to build long term strong relationships with key stakeholders. There is significant customer management and aligning the service to their needs. This is a fairly traditional FM role.



remuneration will be circa $95K and above this is the opportunity to step up to the Account Manager position and receive a significant increase in pay from there. This is based in Greater Western Sydney and will suit someone who lives in the vicinity ideally.
