Leading a high performing team of up to 15 in a thriving office your day will consist of developing and driving continuous excellent customer service, supporting and motivating a strong sales culture, pro actively managing performance through regular reviews and call monitoring activity, generating a steady sales growth plan and create a positive environment by building a coaching a thriving team.



Ideal candidates will posses over two years previous experience working within a contact centre in a Sales Team leader capacity leading a high performing, results driven sales team.



Based in the CBD Your hours will be on a rotating from 8am-8pm Mon-Fri, Sat 8am-4pm

Salary on offer is $85k plus super with bonuses on-top.
