General Manager - Shared Service Centre

Managing the OTC, PTP and RTR processes, as well as multiple accountants, your responsibility will be to supervise the daily accounting operations. You will be managing the overall financial reporting and closing of the entity, ensuring compliance to IFRS and group requirements.



Achieving SLA targets will form a critical part of your role as will ensuring SSC key performance indicators are adhered to. In addition, you will be involved with continuous process improvement as well as internal controls and SOX compliance.



A strong track record in regional shared service centre management is required as well as a continuous improvement philosophy. A degree in finance/accounting is required and a ACCA/CPA highly desirable. Strong communication, presentation and leadership qualities are essential with your ability to work as part of a larger team fundamental.
