MANAGING PERFORMANCE REVIEW
Our client is a famous world-wide hotel group. As one of the biggest hotel groups, they have several hotel brands and over 4000 hotels all over the world. They aim to building the best hotels and providing knight service to customers.
With the aim to achieve the business priorities, you are required to be responsible for managing Talent & Leadership Development Programs to build leadership capability to meet current and future talent needs for the Greater China region. Managing nomination process and program logistics for General Manager Academy, managing participation in leadership learning platforms, supporting sub-regional HR to manage coaching certification process and administering talent review are your daily work.
As the successful applicant, you are necessary to have 3-5 years experience in a learning and talent development role with bachelor degree and/or equivalent Hospitality Management Certification. Multi-national organization and corporate office experience are preferred. Effective communication and negotiation skills and program management skills are prerequisite.
