This national manufacturer has experienced growth due to several new projects commencing this year. They pride themselves on providing high quality products and customer service to their loyal clients. An exciting temporary opportunity has opened up within the business for a Team Administrator.



Reporting to the manager, the main functions of the Team Administrator will be to support the immediate department, provide assistance to an Executive Assistant and provide reception cover. Day to day duties will include: preparation of monthly meeting information and taking meeting minutes; maintenance of the supplier database; creating training files and organising training sessions as well as document control.



To be successful in securing an interview, applicants must have advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio skills. A proven background within dedicated administration roles is essential and Sharepoint experience is desirable. A willingness to assist with menial tasks and a proactive and positive approach to work will ensure success.
