Hays Project Services is currently seeking a contract Intermediate Project Manager for a number of workflow related projects for an 8 month assignment with an organisation in the public sector.



First and foremost, the ideal candidate will have a background in procurement within their project management experience, specifically around an enterprise workflow tool and be comfortable in the management of senior internal stakeholders as well as vendors. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technology focussed projects, and have a good understanding of customisation vs. business process change when making decisions. Your ability to confidently integrate decisions made with ongoing projects which are dependent on your deliverable is also essential.



Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are a must, with an ability to confidently gain buy-in of the task at hand, building report whilst providing the necessary push back and creating urgency where required. A flexible and adaptable approach is essential along with the ability to quickly build relationships within a changing environment.
