My client is a leading specialist commercial fit out contractor based in Melbourne who's successfully delivered a range of high end fit outs up to $5 million.

Through strategic planning and tendering they have secured a large number of projects which is producing a very strong pipeline of work for 2014 and 2015.



They now require an experienced and dynamic Fit out project Manager to join their growing team. Working in a team along with the CA and SM, you will have full life cycle responsibility for delivering the projects on time and within budget.



Your responsibilities will include client management; liaise with architects, designers and contractors, negotiations and overall project management.



You will have either a background in commercial fit outs or main build projects operating in a face paced environment with project values up to $10 million. You'll have the confidence to manage head contractors/sub contractors and lead a team with min 3 years experience.
