Customer Service Representative

Our client is a long-standing and reputable name in Pharmaceutical and Medical solutions. The company is in an exciting phase of success and expansion and resultantly is looking to grow their friendly customer service team based in the Leichardt head office.
You will be acting as the first point of contact for the customer, fielding inquiries via telephone and email, handling complaints, troubleshooting, coordinating service technicians, providing quotes and arranging appointments for sales reps to provide demonstrations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience in a phone based customer service role and a background in the medical or pharmaceutical industry. Exposure or experience in pharmaceutical dispensary would be highly advantageous. Good understanding of computer systems is also essential.
Your will be based in the bright and pleasant head office in Leichardt, working Monday to Friday 9 to 5. The salary is $40-45K + Super and career progression opportunities within the company are very real and encouraged.
