This very successful F&B outlet with business all over Asia is currently searching for an Operations Manager to strengthen the country's Operations.



This role will report through to the District Manager and will have the following responsibilities:



Planning and realization of sales in the district and the execution of projects and services ensuring and maximizing customer satisfaction. This role need to ensure high levels of team work and engagement. You'll also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the 15 outlets located in Malaysia.



The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years experience and will need to have prior experience in an operations role from the F&B industry. You must be from a retail F&B background.



To be successful, you should be a charismatic leader with great interpersonal skills.
