We are looking for experienced Management Consultants to work with our communications, media and high technology clients.

 

Management Consultants help our clients to develop and implement their strategies and operational mode as well as to create high performance culture in various parts of their operations.  The management consulting projects for communications, media and high technology clients typically focus on one of the following functional areas: 

• ·         Operations:  
  Product development & lifecycle management, supply chain strategy & planning, manufacturing, logistics, sourcing & procurement, service management, and asset maintenance
• ·         Finance and enterprise performance:
  Finance operations in terms of organization analysis & design, and shared services & process improvement; enterprise performance management in terms of planning, budgeting & forecasting, metrics reporting, and analysis
• ·         Talent and organization:
  Human capital strategy, talent management, leadership, learning, HR strategy and operational model, organization transformation, and change management
• ·         Sales and customer service:
  Sales strategy & transformation, customer service strategy & transformation, and pricing & profit optimization

 

In your role as a consultant, you will be in a position to utilize and combine Accenture's extensive capabilities in management consulting, systems integration and service delivery. Your work will be project-based and takes place in an international environment. The projects and tasks involved are often extensive and complex, imposing considerable requirements on your knowledge and ability to see both the details and the big picture. Throughout your career at Accenture, we expect you will continuously seek to develop your professional skills and capabilities.

 

Your earlier experience and business network will be crucial since this role expects you to contribute in Accenture's success by facing the customers and market in business development activities as well as by leading projects to resolve our clients' most challenging issues. You will work for Nordic communications, media and high technology management consulting unit.  You will be based in Helsinki and be flexible to travel for project-based in the Nordics and globally.
