About this position

The Product Manager for APJ eCommerce is responsible for the regional product roadmap. This position requires the product manager to own and manage an ecommerce roadmap for the region, develop regional product approach, and drive regional product improvements to meet business goals. The Product Manager will partner with the regional business to identify the differentiators for the region, lead the vision for the region, and partnering with IT to enable the requirements. An agile approach focused on continuous improvement is critical. This position requires a strong customer orientation and the ability to think through product scenarios and prioritize objectives against business and consumer objectives.



This position will be based in Singapore and reports to the Senior Director of Product Management for HP Shopping. This individual will be part of a team of product managers who are based in Sunnyvale and work closely with global counterparts across various countries and geographies.



HP Shopping is online in 14 countries and is continuing to roll-out the storefront in additional countries.



Qualifications

• Experience managing product requirements for user-facing web and mobile applications.


• Experience with eCommerce is a must


• 1-2+ years of product management experience


• Experience with retail or OEM.com shopping experiences desired


• Subject-matter expertise with product search, content management, merchandising and/or product marketing highly desirable


• Technical or UI Design experience highly desirable. Must be familiar with Web and/or Mobile technologies and design patterns.


• Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or MBA or equivalent experience


• Passion to drive results and lead projects through implementation
