Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor required for Growing residential developer in the Croydon area. Working across East Surrey and SE London our client are a respected local developer working in both the Private and HA sectors, with Site ranging from 5 - 30 units. With 4 current live sites and a further 2 due on site in the summer a need has arisen for a new QS to join the team.



Working alongside the Senior QS you will be responsible for the full commercial management of upto 3 projects overseeing both pre and post contract elements including Procurement, sub-contract payments, Agreeing variations, Monthly reporting, Final accounts etc.



Interested candidates will have experience of working in a similar capacity with a developer or house building contractor and be comfortable running working independently. A surveying degree is preferred but not essential.



This is a great opportunity to join a small but ambitious company with a strong pipeline of sites and expansion plan. It would suit an experienced Surveyor looking for a new challenge or an assistant looking to step up.
