An exceptional job opportunity has become available for an experienced Local Campaigns Manager to work for a well-established not for profit organisation on a permanent basis, paying a salary of £29, 500 - £33, 000.



The post holder must be willing to work outside of core hours and travel to meetings and events, where required. The main purpose of this role is to lead the development and delivery of local and regional campaigns on budget and on time, including implementing, evaluating and influencing awareness strategies.



It is therefore essential that the successful candidate has prior experience and knowledge of developing campaigns and awareness raising activities for a variety of audiences when engaging with communities and diverse localities.



The post holder will also be required to coordinate the testing and piloting of national work, including providing specialist knowledge and advice in order to support members of the general public.



Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record in project management when organising and planning a busy workload is therefore crucial. Other responsibilities include producing and distributing promotional materials, coordinating the recruitment and supervision of volunteers and contributing to the development of divisional strategies and business plans.



The ideal candidate will be able to confidently persuade, negotiate and network with stakeholders when building alliances with a range of external partners and when attending meetings, conferences and events as a speaker in order to seek new funding and partnership opportunities and promote the brand's messages.
