Job Summary
People Mobility is a service delivery function within Accenture which provides end-to-end support to our employees traveling or transferring on any cross-border, people mobility policy. A Global Tax Compensation Gathering Analyst within People Mobility is responsible for the delivery of compensation services and for supporting our tax team and vendor to complete cross border assignees' tax filing. The Main job responsibility is to manage taxable eligibility lists, collect compensation data for assignees who are on cross border assignments, consolidate compensation data and complete tax organizers, provide data to tax team and vendor before due dates, and manage process queries during data collection process.
Key Responsibilities
Value Creator
- Focus on the compensation gathering process, participate in team initiatives for process improvement, make suggestions on process improvements & development of internal tools
- Increase clients' satisfaction on the delivery of compensation service
Business Operator
- Work independently and serve as an active team player responsible for the effective processing of assignees' compensation data to agreed deadlines and in line with customer expectations
- Accountable for ensuring the delivery of high quality compensation service, and meeting all deliverable requirements
- Ensure timely review of work files, and follow-up on outstanding issues and actionable items
- Work with other functions / teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Report issues, projects, and processing status to team leads timely
- Manage and maintain confidentiality of assignees' compensation data
People Developer
- Good master of global compensation gathering process
- Develop understanding of the internal systems and Accenture's global policies as applicable to cross border assignments and permanent transfers
- Improvement on business writing and interpersonal skill, develop ability to effectively communicate with multiple teams
- Contribute to a positive work environment

Qualification :
Qualifications and Experience
Education
- University degree or equivalent higher education qualification(preferably in Finance, Data Management, Economics)
Professional Qualifications
- Customer service skills
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft applications (Advanced Excel, VBA, Access, Word and Outlook) plus job specific tools (Siebel, SAP)
- Self-starter, good analytical and time management skills
- Good Oral and Written Communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of project management (PMP, Green Belt preferred)
Work Experience
- Total experiences of 2-3 years desired. Relevant Income tax experience preferred.
- Multi National Corporation experiences preferred
