A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced and knowledgeable Management Accountant to join a longstanding manufacturer in Mt Wellington. My client is well known as a fantastic employer that has a focus on work life balance and looking after its' employees.



This Management Accountant role is tasked with the monthly reporting requirements and is responsible for the reconciliation and reporting of financial information. You will be completely responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, variance analysis as well as the preparation and analysis of profitability by customer and product group. This position is also responsible for full ownership of the general ledger, fixed assets, branch reporting as well as sales and margin reporting. An understanding of costing is also essential for this role.



This vacancy has come about as a result of a long serving employee relocating with the company.



The successful candidate will be CA qualified (or equivalent) and will have a minimum of four years in a Management Accountant role with costing involvement in a manufacturing environment.
