New opportunity for a qualified Food Services Contract Manager, with at least 5 years experience within the out-sourcing Facilities Management industry to manage a number of Hard/Soft service delivery across multi-sites in the Dublin and surrounding area. The remit of this role will include all aspects of the out-sourced contract delivery (catering / cleaning / security / M&E), staff and budgetary management, monitoring KPI's and SLA's, EHS, auditing and reporting.





Duties include:

- To manage the catering contracts (and facilities) across sites and ensure standards and service delivery, as per SLA are consistently met

- Consistently manage audits/reviews on site and implement changes where necessary

- Liaise with the client on a scheduled and ad hoc basis

- Oversee staffing levels in respect of all grades of staff, in accordance with budgets

- To oversee the keeping of all staff records, the recording of all staff time sheets and attendance records, ensuring hours claimed accurately reflect hours worked

- Conduct staff appraisals

- Manage budgets

- Assume full responsibility for H&S procedures on site on behalf of the company and conduct Risk Assessments in accordance with above procedures

- Ensure that all safety data sheets are up to date and filed/displayed correctly on all equipment

- To carry out all other reasonable requests as they arise from time to time

- To represent the company in a professional manner at all times



Experience required:

A background in the catering industry

Previous experience managing an outsourced Facilities Contract within the healthcare or pharmaceutical environment is essential

Excellent communication skills

Previous experience managing large teams on site and remotely

Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

Flexibility with start and finish times is required and travel to other sites may also be a requirement.
