Case Auditor

When grey market is detected/ there is a suspicion for grey market, the Case Auditor will trace back the grey market case to identify who was causing the grey, what is the Financial Impact, which different organizations needs to be involved to remediate the case and, once the culprit for grey is found, apply remediation actions.
The Case auditor has the E2E accountability for the case until remediation/ consequence management.

- Any pricing topic
- End-User Special Pricing
- Promo/ NSD Special Pricing
- Program discounts
Activities:
Grey Market case management:
Ø Work with the Case Analyst (GBS) to assess the case and take decision how to pursue (audit, fact finding via purchases, others)
Ø Perform extended audits on assigned cases.
Ø Perform route-cause analysis
Ø Perform onsite visits with Global Security for further fact finding/ investigation.
Ø Establish the financials
Ø Ensure proper documentation of the case, update of the BP database and record log.
Ø Drive and speed to ensure ‘progress chase’ and timely actions
Ø Involve other HP organizations when needed, e.g. Global Security, Legal, Outside Counsel, SBC investigation team, and others
Business Issues:
Ø When Business issues/risks are identified during a case, assess them and put a proposed plan forward to the respective BRM team for project/ controls (e.g. new POA item for BRM Project Managers)
Communication:
Ø Ensure regular communication back to the case escalators in the receiving country as well as in the sending country and the involved parties, country stakeholders on the case.
Ø Regular follow-up and progress status updates, next steps.
Country engagement:
Ø Case presentation to the country stakeholders for case remediation
Ø Consultancy and advice to respective country in case of questions
Ø General Grey Market updates to the respective country stakeholders
Qualifications
Experience and knowledge required:
Ø Excellent analytical skills in order to identify anomalies that represent possible grey market activity
Ø Desire to dig into details and solve very complex problems
Ø Excellent organizational skills
Ø Knowledge of HP’s go-to-market strategy
Ø Strong understanding of internal business processes and policies
Ø Knowledge of or ability to learn HP systems, programs, controls and Processes used to manage pricing decisions and related discounts
Ø Maturity and business acumen for internal and field investigations
Ø Ability to travel, incl. international travel maybe required
Ø At least 2-3 years of experience in auditing role and within HP
Ø Be able to identify root causes and business issues
Ø Ability to interface with Senior Management as well as with individuals internally as well as externally
Ø Good interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills
Ø Describe complex cases in a simple way for stakeholders
Ø Experience in working in a Virtual team
Ø Very good English skills, 2nd language is preferred
