Our high end prestigious client is located in Northam and they are rural residential property builder. Our client's custom design their residential property specifically to suit their customer needs and they have a large client base who love their work.



The Exciting Opportunity:


An exciting opportunity has become available for a local sales professional who has a passion for selling residential real estate. You will be responsible for engaging your clients from the initial sales call and enquiry, right the way through to handing over the keys to the completed property.



This is a sales role with a high level of customer service and client engagement. You will be responsible for generating sales leads, following up existing sales leads and enquiries, calling clients in relation to appointments and following up on previous sales meetings along with organising new meetings for clients to come in and meet designers to discuss their dream home.



You will also be responsible for seeing the process through from start to finish so not only will you be responsible for initiating the first point of contact for the sale but you will also personally escort your client through the whole process, right up to the point where you hand over the keys and deliver your client a bottle of champagne to their new home.



You will have excellent attention to detail, demonstrate outstanding people and customer service skills along with being able to follow specific procedures and guidelines.

* Competitive base salary of $50k-$75k + super dependent upon relevant experience

* You must possess a current drivers license
