Hays are recruiting a Communications Manager to work across a ERP/EAM Program. This role is a 12 month contract based in Sydney's CBD.



The Communications Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the communication strategy and detailed communication plans, to support the successful deployment of the ERP/EAM Program.



The primary focus is on the design, development and delivery of effective communications and engagement activities for agency stakeholders who are both involved in and related to the ERP/EAM Program. The role works with agency communication specialists to achieve a consistent approach across stakeholders, channels and media.



The Communications Manager reports to the Director and forms part of the Business Transformation and Change team. You will be responsible for the development of communications strategy and associated stakeholder engagement plans to support the ERP/EAM Program. You will be required to oversee the creation of collateral, presentations, white papers, web content, newsletters and direct email with input from ERP Program team members and communications Analysts.



To be eligible for this role you must have at least 10 years experience in a transformational change and communications role in a large, complex environment encompassing communication, engagement, training and reinforcement delivery.

You must have demonstrated achievement in delivering benefits in Government environments or similar commercial environments with exposure to change and project management.
