An established northern municipality close to public transport is currently seeking an experienced Project Officer to join their property team for an initial 3 month contract.



Reporting to the Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day aspects of the role including supporting Project Managers and undertaking demographic data analysis where need be. You will also provide advice on and respond to complex issues and enquiries from key stakeholders in relation to all projects/cases.



The ideal candidate will have a property/project background within planning. You will also have recent experience in a similar role and will be comfortable in producing written correspondence including letters and contracts. You will also possess strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills and have thorough attention to detail. Previous experience in Local Government or State Government is advantageous.
