Our client is a leading compliance management company specialising in the delivery of parking and traffic enforcement programs to private and government sectors both nationally and globally.



This is a leadership role overseeing a team of Traffic Officers and Senior Traffic Officers.

As Traffic Services Supervisor you'll be responsible for the effective supervision of parking enforcement staff to ensure contractual specifications (including KPIs) and that the client requirements are met. You'll also ensure parking enforcement duties are performed efficiently and safely as per the clients OH&S procedures, policies and house rules.



Making sure that your team provides a high level of service within parking enforcement duties within their specific area, you'll also ensure that parking enforcement is accurately tracked and complies with the specifications and requirements of the contract. Equally you'll identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to support the training, induction and coaching of other employees and improve productivity of the team through review of processes, procedures and tactics that are in place.



To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a high level customer focussed approach who can engage and interact daily in the community. You'll demonstrate consistent skills around public interaction, dispute resolution and display coherent and logical thinking and communication. You'll also showcase strong time management and written skills, complementing your observation and decision making abilities.
