This world leading company offers their customers freight forwarding solutions and end to end transport and distribution management services.



A vacancy has arisen within their organisation for an Operations Manager with proven experience in the 3PL industry. We are looking for someone who has a passion for not just identifying improvements but implementing them too.



In this role you will be responsible for a group of employees reporting on KPI's and tracking their performance. You will be required to build internal and external relationships and ensure OH&S policies are adhered to. While managing the day to day operations you will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is met with efficient scheduling and traceability of goods.



The successful candidate will hold a Certificate III in Warehousing and ideally have had Risk Management training. Previous experience using RF Scanners is an advantage as well as exposure to lean methodologies.



For the right person there will be plenty of opportunity for advanced career progression.
