Our client, a leading brand name in the Australian market based Inner South Melbourne is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for end to end talent acquisition activities including; posting job advertisements; phone screening; short-listing; face to face interviews and assessments as well as conducting all pre-employment checks. You will play a key role in training and coaching line managers on talent acquisition processes. You will also be responsible for creating and developing talent acquisition reports.
The successful applicant will have prior experience in an internal Talent Acquisition position with exposure to recruiting various job roles and industries in a high volume environment. You will have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
