Business Performance Senior Manager (Cost)

This Global leading financial institution is recruiting for a senior manager in Performance and MI, to join their Cost and Expenses team based in Singapore but looking after Products of the business globally. This is a 1 year contract to start with, with a high potential of converting to permanent.
They are looking for a highly talented individual with strong commitment to cost cutting and a consistent record of top performance and exposure in planning, costing, FP&A and general analytical areas. Candidates must have superior stakeholder management skills, strong presentation skills and the dynamic to gain exposure across the group.
You will be responsible for the monitoring and reporting on costs including analysing cost trends and drivers and assist business in cost management from the forecasting and control point of view. You will carry out performance analysis, reviews in support of business-as-usual operations and management decision-making. Your duties will include performing financial variance analysis and critical perspective around performance and cost trends, developing insight into the key cost drivers, providing commentary of performance that are informative and insightful, and identifying key issues for follow-up action.
There is opportunity to participate in cost and performance process studies and improvements as well as system enhancements. In addition, the successful candidate will undertake special projects as and when required by management.
