This LSE listed customer-oriented company with a wide range of financial services has more than 100,000 employees and well known worldwide. This market leader is known for being continuously providing latest financial products to their customers.
Due to the requirement of the legislation and government control on companies; and the company aiming to provide effective assurance, they are now seeking an Audit Head of the country to be based in their Shanghai office.
The supervisor role requires basic responsibilities including improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. in addition , you need to keep focusing on the local regulation and comply with the standards. You will report directly to the regional head.
You will take on the responsibility of a country head leading effective audit plan and recommending strategies for future development. A qualified audit head should have a sense of time management and give feedback as required. Your leadership values much as you will be in charge of control and retaining talents. Daily tasks contain ensuring the compliance with Global Methodology and keeping the audit management tool up to date. Internal audit with relevant work experience in financial industry for more than 10 years is preferred.
