Internal Audit Manager Job in Cheshire, North West



Our client is an expanding multi-site operation with a significant Head Office presence in Cheshire.

As part of their growth strategy they are keen to enhance their Corporate Governance and so are expanding the Internal Audit Function with the creation of an Internal Audit Manager Job in Cheshire.



Reporting to a Head of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for planning, performing and reporting audit's in the North Region. You will be responsible for working with senior management to identify and make recommendations for changes that will address those areas of risk. This will be a commercially focussed role and you will be required to ensure the protection of the company's businesses, assets and reporting mechanisms whilst understanding the commercial needs of the business.



We are looking for an experienced and qualified auditor (ACA, ACCA or MIIA) who has significant experience of working with multi site audits. You will use your excellent written and verbal communication skills on a daily basis as you influence senior management with your advice.

An attractive feature of the job is the breadth of the audit universe. You will be working across financial, business and also IT audit environments. Previous IT audit experience is desirable, however a strong IT awareness and desire to develop knowledge in this field is essential.
