Junior HP Indigo Field Service Engineer (f/m)

Your tasks:

• Timely installation of company digital presses, as required by the business needs


• Technical onsite support to customer installed base


• Support of regional team in achieving shared goals


• Support of sales and marketing functions for shows / exhibitions


• Responsible for Spare Part car kit as well as return of spares


• Provide Customer Satisfaction in the Region

Qualifications

What are we expecting?

• Technical college Bachelor degree or education in electro-mechanical engineering


• Up to 1-2 years job related experience


• Knowledge of Graphic Art / Printing industry will be an advantage


• Admin skills – reporting and communication


• Problem solving & troubleshooting methodology skills


• Ability to manage customer expectations & communications


• Willing to develop career in a customer support role in a Field Service position


• Team player


• Flexibility to travel for long training periods and working after-hours


• Fluent German and English
