We are now seeking a Solution Manager in our IT Operations Management on SaaS product line with a focus on the IT Service and Portfolio Management business. You will be the virtual CEO of your SaaS solution and you will have full P&L accountability over the success of your business. You will own all aspects of the service, including: revenue, gross margin, customer growth, customer retention, service vision, service roadmap and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Work in close collaboration with product management, delivery, professional services, education and support to deliver a profitable set IT Service and Portfolio Management services that delight customers.
• Understand SaaS customer needs with both buyer and end-user personas, then communicate these needs to internal teams in a clear, systematic and motivating way.
• Display leadership as a service owner taking responsibility for end-to-end service experience: from marketing, to sales, to delivery and support, to renewal.
• Understand the overall IT Service and Portfolio Management as a service market landscape including market segmentation, competitors and potential partners.
• Align strategy with the broader SaaS portfolio of offerings including Quality Management and Agile Management.
• Support sales and marketing in their efforts to sell/market compelling SaaS solutions.
• Serve as an unwavering champion for your solution and your customers.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent, MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred plus relevant real-life business experience.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Solution/Product management or equivalent experience, preferably for SaaS/Cloud solutions.
• Experience in delivering successful and profitable SaaS services, ideally to the Enterprise and Service and Portfolio Management markets a plus.
• Experience in developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Strong ability to work with high number of stakeholders and to lead worldwide (AMS, EMEA, APJ) cross-functional teams (sales, presales, marketing, delivery, services, education, support).
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including active contribution to social media.
