A fixed term contract of six months exists for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong exposure to HR project planning, implementation and evaluation
The responsibilities in this role include building and sustaining professional relationships with numerous stakeholders therefore strong communication and liaison skills are a must. You will also be expected to act as an HR Advisor in a variety to projects involving people management, recruitment, coaching & training, professional development, workforce planning.
In order to be considered for this role you must be passionate about staff engagement and have a strong operational HR background, with exposure to the delivery, implementation and evaluation of specific projects, as well as action planning and interpretation of results. You must hold tertiary qualifications and have an extensive practical, Australian based HR career history ideally within the public sector. In addition, an outgoing, proactive person with a desire to achieve results will be highly regarded.
