An exciting opportunity to work within Hays as a Team Administrator, supporting a team of Consultants who recruit for Human Resources has recently become available. Hays are a Global Recruitment Company known for their fantastic working environment and future growth & career opportunities.



You are a well presented, professional Administrator who is used to working in a busy corporate environment. Supporting a team of Consultants, you will be responsible for reformatting of resumes, taking references, checking & reporting on compliance, inputting documentation onto the internal database, ensuring stationery is stocked & any further ad hoc requirements from the team.

In addition you will be part of a reception rota, involving meeting & greeting senior clients therefore high levels of presentation and customer service are a must.



This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their administration career, within a well known, respected international organisation. In order to hit the ground running in this varied role you must have a minimum of 6 months similar office administration experience within a corporate environment. You must have exceptional organisation & communication skills, be able to think outside the box & have a proactive attitude towards work.



Intermediate skills within MS Office 2010 are essential.
