Program Manager (Relocation available)

Des Moines, Iowa Area, US - Information Technology and Services

As a Program Manager in Atos you will be assigned to a key customer account. This position is responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently in the account, resource planning and management, implementing strategic direction within the account, profitable growth, relationship management, and overall project governance of Atos projects.

• Be a trusted advisor and single point of contact to customer management team on topics like scope management, program governance, opportunity management, conflict resolution and strategic direction. This position works out of customer site.

• Establish strong business and personal relationship with major stakeholders/executives of the client organization

• Establish strong governance structure and ensure alignment of services with business needs - baseline, metrics, goals, processes

• Be the eyes and ears of Atos

• Collaborate with Atos project managers and architects for program coordination, architecture governance, resource/demand forecasting and management, and delivery of services

• Review program status with customer executive management committee periodically; Implement executive decisions taken.

• Identify risk, competition and escalation topics well in advance, report to project managers / account partner and drive mitigation plan

• Provide thought leadership for account growth, P&L tracking, give inputs to Project Managers for revenue forecasts, give inputs to Delivery team for resource demands

• Recommend, plan and execute process improvements for service delivery
