Widely considered as one of the fastest growing investment services firm in the region, this company is seeking to expand its operations in Singapore. They are looking for an ambitious individual who will take on the role as a Fund Admin Manager. This role will be responsible for portfolio investment valuation, service delivery, service quality and people management.



You will have to review of accounting work-paper packages, financial statements under IFRS/US GAAP and communications for several clients. This includes performing analytical procedures and fluctuation analysis on quarterly financial statements. Responsible for meetings/discussions and document on various accounting issues and portfolio investment valuations with the client as well as design and review waterfall calculation for fund distribution. You will assist with development and implementation of training all levels of accounting staff. Liaising with client's team whilst maintaining and building client relationships to ensure the delivery of services to the clients.



Candidates with an excellent academic record, and recognised accountancy qualification (CPA or ACCA) with at least a 7 years of relevant experience to fund administration or fund accounting. Ideally the candidate should have 2 years of management experience, good understanding and application of IFRS/USGAAP. Knowledge of accounting standards and policies and financial matters are pre-requisites, as with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good rapport and collaborative working relationships with all levels of staff.
