Currently there are several positions across Adelaide for experienced Branch Managers, to join their high performing retail network.

As Branch Manager, you will lead your team to deliver exceptional service to a diverse customer base, leveraging off the established and high performing retail networks, you will be identifying cross selling opportunities from a range of deposit, lending, and wealth management products. In this role, you will primarily focused on delivering on the Branch's target, as well as leading, coaching and managing a team of Tellers, Customer Service Specialists, Home Lenders and Small Business Bankers, to achieve individual and team targets, while working closely with your team in fostering their career development.You will play an instrumental part in promoting the bank within the local community and building and strengthening relationships through networking and active business development.



To successfully secure this position, you will need to be highly motivated with the ability to lead a team to achieve targets in a busy, high sales culture environment. This role will require you to have a successful track record in sales, leadership skills and the ability to develop and mentor a team. Previous banking or financial services experience will prove helpful but is not essential.
